Equipment
Helmet style front fenders, dual sidemounts, luggage trunk. Restored long ago and now with a very pleasing pati that doesnt look restored, just cosmetically done as needed and very, very sweet. Known history essentially from new, New York Auto Show display car in 1929. Origilly with Woodlites but now with Marchal lighting. Decent but aged and used paint, interior and chrome. One of three known survivors in this body style. Take it out and drive it. Helen F. Swigart Estate. No Reserve.
Market commentary
This is a very appealing automobile which finds its value enhanced in no small degree by the class victory of one of its two counterparts for Tom DuPont at Pebble Beach two months ago. This is serious money for a rare and attractive car; the buyer should not expect to make money at this price.
