Equipment

Sedanca de Ville sounds good, but this looks like a Tourer to me and the R ROC. RHD. Painted all white, paint cracked on drivers door, two license plate brackets on rear fenders, no trunk rack. Doesnt look finished.

Market commentary

This car should have sold for the amount bid, unless Cruella deVille was in the tool box. The all white paint detracts from it and gives it the look of a restaurant gimmick or wedding hire.
