Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Excellent recent restoration and still in show quality condition. Harry C. Stutz started HCS after losing control of Stutz and continued to build automobiles for 6 years. The bodyline of this sporting car is barely higher than the fenders.

Market commentary

Beautiful, yes, but the price seems very generous, even taking into account the history and magic of the Stutz name, for an HCS with its bought engine and brief history. Even A.K. Millers HCSs didnt bring this kind of money.
