Market commentary
Sold at Gooding & Company's 2006 auction of the Otis Chandler collection for $429,000, a superb example built for touring the Yosemite Valley before Teddy Roosevelt established the National Park Service, then restored and used in the Rose Bowl Parade and at Pebble Beach, the only known survivor. Priced per pound, it's the best value at Barrett-Jackson but the Reliable Transport guys were driven to distraction trying to figure out how to haul it.
