Smiths speedometer and odometer calibrated in furlongs (660 feet), Boa Constrictor horn, Electrolight headlights. The prototype for the Franklin Mint's parallel bonnet Silver Ghost model.
Condition
Regularly used and toured for years but still in amazing condition for the age of the restoration.
Market commentary
Offered by Christie's at Greenwich in 2007 where it no-saled at a reported $580,000 bid. The estimate went up for this sale, but the hammer came down. It is a sweet old Rolls in very presentable touring condition and with an intriguing history. It is a very good value at this price.
