Equipment

No Reserve. RHD. Powell& Hammer headlights, E&J kerosene sidelights, grey wood spoke wheels, cape top, trumpet bulb horn. An aged but thorough old restoration with some paint cracks on the body and through cracks in the top. Clean and orderly engine compartment. In good, sound and complete condition that wouldnt be out of place on a modern tour.

Market commentary

Most often seen as the Taxis of the Marne, the catalog described this 2 seat body as jaunty and thats most definitely what it is. This Renault was running and driving at least as recently as 1997 when it participated in the European Vintage Rally and it should not be difficult to get it running and driving again. However its 1908 dating places it well outside eligibility for the L BVCR and that makes the price it brought well beyond generous.
