1908 Oldsmobile Limited Prototype, Navy Blue/Maroon Leather, Gold coachlines, Tan Cloth Top, 505ci/60hp T-head 6-cylinder, Maroon 42 inch artillery wheels, and luggage rack, brass brightwork, and button leather upholstery driver’s side mounted spare, Rushmore Lens Mirror Searchlight headlamps, and kerosene cowl lamps. Very good paint but their are swirls on fenders. Very good brightwork. The wood trim has a good varnish. The rear passenger’s carpet is stained. The top is crooked, as well as driver’s side wheel. One of only two 1908 prototypes built this Oldsmobile was owned and stored by Barney Pollard. Ron Carney and Bob Sullivan purchased the vehicle and restored it through Allan Schmidt’s horseless carriage Restorations. It has been rebodied to mimic the appearance of other Large Oldsmobile’s Chasis of the same era. It was awarded the Children’s Hospital award at the 2010 Kirkland Concours d’ Elegance.
