RHD, 1 of 4 surviving 07 Ghosts, originally delivered as a bare chassis to Sam Stevens of Rome, NY used by his mother. The mate to Rick Carrolls other ex Sam Stevens Ghost, 60 553. Picnic hampers, Lucas KOR headlamps, wire wheels. Restored to concours condition but showing use and age. Rick Carroll Collection.
Market commentary
This looks like a car an Edwardian mother would drive. It brought a very impressive price, twice the high estimate and even more than the older example in Carrolls collection, which is very surprising.
