1930 Packard 745

This 1930 Packard is a stunning example of a Waterhouse bodied automobile. The Waterhouse Company of Webster, Massachusetts, produced custom bodies for automobile manufacturers like Chrysler, Lincoln, Marmon, and Packard. From 1928 through 1934, Waterhouse produced nearly 300 custom bodies, of which only 26 are known to exist. This Packard with the Convertible Victoria body style is one of only ten such examples. Lower and sleeker than production bodied Packards, this custom body measures 66 inches in height. The Convertible Victoria body style is a two-door automobile with a folding soft top that seats four to five people. The wheelbase measures 140.5 inches. When new, the Convertible Victoria body style cost $4,885.
