For the 1911 model year, Auburn once again offered vehicles in a variety of two- and four-cylinder configurations, though this was the last year for the two-cylinder Auburn. The pride and joy of the line was the redesigned 40 series, upon which Auburn centered most of its marketing efforts. The vehicle featured here is the highest-priced and heaviest Auburn of the year, the Model N Four-Door Touring Car. This is the largest automobile that the company had produced thus far; the flush-sided body had plenty of room for five passengers. With 40 horsepower at its disposal, this large touring car had plenty of power to go and only two-wheel mechanical brakes to stop.

The wheelbase is 120 inches. Weighs 2,700 lbs.
