1964 Chevrolet Impala
Design changes included different side molding, unique wheel covers and the SS emblem on the rear quarters. The lowered center theme on the 1963 trunk was moved to the front for 1964, while the trunk lid was now flat. A chrome strip ran from the center of the hood back to 3 taillights on each side with a stamped alloy panel between them.

This is most likely the mileage, since the dash was replaced in the car.
