1930 Ford Model A
Car is a driver. It is very fun to drive and we drive it a lot. We've had it a little over two years and have taken multiple long distance trips, Birmingham, Talladega, Hilton Head, Perry, Pigeon Forge, Charlotte, Callaway Gardens. We drive it, not trailered.
Engine is in very good condition and seems to have been recently rebuilt prior to our purchase.
Paint and exterior
Since we bought it, we have replaced the top, rebuilt the steering box, and added modern shocks. Also installed a leakless water pump and replaced the generator with an alternator. There are 6 new tires and had 6 wheels powder coated. Car has not been restored. It is not a show queen. Paint is old, cracked, and I love it. GrandKids crawl all over it and enjoy it with us. A very solid car that has run all day long with no problems.
Also has side curtains.
Odometer has rolled over another 100,000 since I purchased it. Unknown how many times it has rolled over.
Wheels and tires
6 new tires.
6 wheels newly powder coated.
