    1933 Pierce Arrow

    Relocated my 33 Pierce Arrow from an other company. The transition was smooth.

    Claim on my Firebird

    In April my Firebird was in my shop when it burned. The first contract adjuster was rediculousy low. After 2 more month of haggeling I finally got an adjuster that knew what he was doing and a check was issued for repair to the vehicle. Now after 3 months repairs are underway and the story continues. lets see how it turns out...

    This is my 4th renewal on line with Hagerty. It is so easy and such a pleasure if spending money can be a pleasure. Coverage is explained so I understand it and is great! I was even given a chance (which I did) to increase the value of my classics.

    Easy Peezy to Apply

    On line quote and purchase went very smooth and quickly. Only 1 hitch, your customer service group, thank God for humans, had to figure how to put 2 names on the Insurance ID card. Seems like NY requires all owners names be on the insurance ID card, being on the policy is not enough. Something you need to consider in the future to make it easy for your employees as well as the customer.

    bad agent

    I talked to Chancy and he made the requested changes. When I told him I was due a larger refund he told me he only knows what the computer displays. I ask to speak to a supervisor and with out a word he placed me on "forever" hold. I gave up after 5 minutes and called back and talked to Manager Michelle. She was very apologetic and charming. This is done in my opinion.

    Excellent Service

    Just spoke with a customer relation person in the payment department and she was so helpfull and kind. It seems every time I phone in I get an excellent customer service person. Haggerty is one of the best classic insurance company's I have come across. Please pass on to the young lady who helped me "thank you" so much.

    Good times

    Kevin was more than helpful. Went over policy and saved me about 130 dollars this year. And that is because he was listening to me.not at all in a hurry to get off the line. Thanks Kevin. It would be hard for hagerty to do a better job. Of course I have never submitted a claim,and if that ever happens I would hope it would be just as good of an experience

    I have never have anything less than a perfect experience in all my dealings with Hagerty over all the years I've had such dealings going back now some 15-odd years and never hesitate to recommend them to all my car friends. Absolutely top cabin!
