I have been a customer for over 10 years and cant possibly sing the highest praises for this company. The rare times I needed help I was served with great results well beyond my expectations.
If many other companies were run like Hagerty's we would be living in Eutopia!
Thank goodness I haven't had to make a claim, however, a friend bought Hagerty on my recommendation and has two claims that were acted upon above and beyond either one of our expectations.
Also, I have rebuilt my car twice and upped my coverage both times. Talk about client trust! All I had to do was tell Hagerty what I wanted and why, and "PRESTO", done deal.
My dealings with Hagerty have always been first class.
I had a problem using the website ( not a problem with the website - it was me.) I was fortunate to have Alesha help out on the chat session - she walked me through the process of the downloads - she was very patient while I muddled through on my end.
I also spoke to Carey on the phone and he provided great service as well. He verified I had provided all of the necessary information to complete the process - sounded like a friendly fellow.
Both seem to be great people - the world needs more like them.
I love how easy it is to use your website for my policy reviews & payments. No problems with password change - any extra security it OK with me. Today I needed roadside service & was truly impressed! Spike took my call in a very prompt & professional manner, found the nearest flat bed tow and I was on my way home in about 40 minutes! The driver even got the car into the garage.

I followed the istructions to print my new ID card and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. After three emails I finally gave up and went directly to the hatgerty wedsite and quickly accessed my ID cards and printed them. The email connection just doesn't work and i know a lot about working with computers. You folks really missed the ball on this one.
