I realize that security on the internet is an issue for many organizations, but I would prefer to these organizations allow me to manage my own security rather the regularly force me to change my passwords, user ID or have to remember the answers to some obscure questions. It is a time waster and aggravation to have to complete these steps as only wanted to renew my policies.
I wish I knew about these guy,s years ago. I would never change a thing. Always there to help with what ever you need.
i sold my classic truck and bought a 2002 corvette. i was surprised hagerty offered insurance at a great rate.
they answered my emails quickly and got me on the road.
Although I've not experienced Hagerty's customer service filing a damage claim. I can say they are very accommodating when establishing coverage of our old Chevy pick'em up truck.
We are Hagerty customers via Farmer's insurance, we insured a couple cars and our home with Farmers and our old (1975 Chevrolet Silverado) truck was passed by Farmers to Hagerty.
We also insure a '66 Malibu with Grundy's/now Apollo insurance/for 10 plus years. We've not filed a claim with them either.
However, we are satisfied with Hagerty's coverage and customer service.
We'll update this opinion once and if we ever have to file a claim through Hagerty. We had a 13 year plus relationship with AAA, then our '95 Honda was stolen from 24 hour fitness - after that experience, we will only allow AAA to tow our junk - they are a nightmare when it comes time for them to return the favor - or any of our money.
You just cannot provide a complete review of an insurance company until the worst happens.
We hope we never have to use it but, we have it and are happy.
This is my third car to be covered by Hagerty. I haven't had a claim so I can't comment on that part, but I can comment on the customer service. Your people are wonderful. They are professional and NICE. They make you feel as though you are an important member of the company/family. It was a pleasure to interact with your staff.
About a month ago, I purchased my first auto policy through Hagerty. It was simple, easy and I was very satisfied. Just this past weekend, I purchased a new (classic) vehicle and used the Hagerty website to add an additional vehicle to my policy. It was even quicker, easier and simple. I was also surprised that the annual premium was so low. I'm looking forward to insuring more vehicles through Hagerty!
It is hard to give a review unless you have to use them. Paying your bill is easy.

Has always been a great experience. No hassle with my car evaluations. Have looked at other companies that had lower premiums, but they have mileage limits and higher deductibles.
Called and spoke with Andy in CS and wanted to acknowledge, having myself been in customer service for the better part of 25 years, that he is not only professional, but personable AND knowledgeable about your product and service. I also feel it bears mentioning that he also proclaimed how wonderful it is to work for Hagerty, which should speak volumes to you. People do not volunteer this type of testimony unless they truly mean it. You must treat your employees well and with respect for this type of statement to be made. Kudos to you.
