1973 Pontiac Firebird Esprit
Owned since 1990, Arizona/Colorado car, always garaged. Pontiac produced 17,249 Firebird Esprit models in 1973. Based on information from glass replacement and repainting, car has never been in an accident. During repaint the car was media blasted and only 1 square inch of rust was discovered, (drivers rear fender well). New metal was welded into place to remove rust before repaint. All chrome and body parts are original or Ames Pontiac replacements. Notes: Fiberglass hood scoop needs to be upgraded to true shaker style hood scoop. The paint has a hairline crack where the fiberglass hood-scoop meets the metal hood. The paint shop warned me this could happen but at the time I could not afford a full trans am metal hood and shaker set up. The interior is all original and will need to be updated, both front seats need to be re-upholstered. No cracks in the dashboard! This car is very clean, powerful, and fast. Over $50K invested in project to date.

I purchased the car in 1990 and the Colorado Title showed zero miles. However, I have a receipt from a repair shop in Boulder, CO dated 9/11/1990 that sates the milage at that time was 66,890 miles on the odometer.
Wheels and tires
16X8" Italian made Momo wheels with good center lugnut covers and cap removal tool. Goodyear G-Force tires
Baer Brake kit on front of car with slotted/drilled/zinc rotors. Rear discs included in Moser 12-bolt rear end housing. All pads and rotors in good condition.
B&M street/strip turbo -hydromatic 400 (3-speed), with deep dish pan, pick up improver kit, external cooler, 1800rpm stall speed torque converter
