1963 Chevrolet Corvair
Genuine 4-speed Monza Coupe. Around 56,000 original miles. This car is largely original. We are the 2nd owner. We bought the car back in 2019. We've done a handful of projects to improve driveability, including replacing the wheel bearings, brake shoes and hardware, distributor, carburetors, spark plugs and wires. We cleaned the air-cooling fins, and it is believed that there are no overheating issues.
Paint and exterior
This car is an original Monza coupe, resprayed in the original Ember Red. The respray job was done by the previous owner, and shows some overspray, orange peel, and substandard prep work. It looks good from 15' away, and drives well.
Upholstery and interior
Vinyl seats, believed to be original, in very good shape. Door cards and carpet could use replaced. Original radio was taken out but is included.
