Story

My first sports car was a 1967 MGB that I bought around 1989. It was either an expensive lesson in how to NOT buy a collector car or a cheap lesson in auto mechanics. Of course, these days, the Internet has made researching and shopping a lot easier. Since that inauspicious beginning, I've owned dozens of cars. I enjoy the "hunt" and haven't really kept any of the cars for more than a couple of years except for an early Miata I kept for 13 years and my current Mercedes E320 that I've owned for 12. I prefer original driver-condition cars I can enjoy on the road.
