1965 Ford Mustang
64.5 Dearborn F Code vert. Initially sold in Brookings, SD, making her way to eastern Washington shortly thereafter. Was (luckily) garaged for most of her life, eventually sold to second owner in western Washington. He made many superficial cosmetic and performance modifications, before selling her to me as third owner in 2016. I was determined to restore her to as close to show room condition as possible. Her records showed at sale accessories included "Rally Pac", power brakes, power top, remote driver side mirror, tinted windshield, seat belts, sport console, push-button AM radio w/antenna, back up lights, padded sun visors, white side-walled tires, rear deck luggage rack, and chrome rocker panel moldings… all of which have been restored.
Paint and exterior
About 75% original… color corrected following minor body work, then ceramic coated.
Upholstery and interior
Restored down to door panels, kick panels, arm rests and wind lacing.
