1972 Chevrolet C10
This is my 1972 LWB C10 pickup that belonged to my grandfather. I grew up riding around with him all over town in the truck. He passed away about 20 years ago and I was blessed to be able to acquire it almost 3 years ago. I named her “Ramblin’ Rose” in tribute to him. Ramblin’ Rose was the name of his car he raced back in the 60’s. The Snoopy in the doors was his one and only tattoo. I figured there was no better way to pay tribute to him. She was really rough when I got her back but after a ton of blood, sweat and tears I have a good mix of his and my style from the bullet hole still in the front fender to the amazing patina. He helped me build my 1st low rider so I don’t think he would mind that I “ruined” her. She may not be pretty but she’s mine and I wouldn’t trade her for anything else in the world. I have so many sentimental memories that she is priceless.
