1972 Triumph GT6
65000 mile survivor car. Mechanically restored to as new or better. Setup for fast road and autocross use. Ongoing restoration/modification.
Paint and exterior
1 repaint in original color done back in the 90s to a high quality. Wet sanded and buffed back into shape by myself.
Upholstery and interior
Lotus exige (Vauxhall VX220) seats mounted in stock locations using custom sliders and mounts. 1960’s era Motolita wood steering wheel fitted currently. Custom dash. Will be completed this year or early next.
Wheels and tires
Rota RB 15x6 rims with Federal 595 Evo tires (165/55r15). Lug studs replaced with stronger, larger ones from a land rover.
Goodridge braided lines, all new
Rebuilt with new parts (synchros, shift hubs, and mainshaft). Was removed and sitting in passenger seat when i bought the car. Rebuilt shifter etc.
Um, what? If i break it i fix it….
