We all have heard how Chevy under rated the horsepower and torque in these DZ 302 small blocks, maybe to catch Ford unawares, but by how much … the Real Horspower is estimated to be around 375 - 400 not 290. The Z28 DZ 302 was/is a power house engine that had some great standard items that helped make this an amazing muscle car.
