1966 Sting Ray Corvette Roadster Convertible
Numbers matching car. Body off Restoration. Second Generation C2. 327 Chevy small block four speed manual transmission and 3:55.1 posi rear. Front power disc brakes, brand new booster and brake fluid reserve. Front suspension Independent; upper and lower A-arms, coil springs, antiroll bar, tubular hydraulic shock absorbers. Rear Fixed differential, U-jointed half shafts, lateral struts, radius rods, TRW transverse leaf spring, tubular hydraulic shock absorbers. Brakes front: 11.75-inch disc rear: 11.75-inch discs. Very clean undercarriage. Aftermarket ice cold air conditioning. Retrofit modern stereo. Beautiful chrome split front and rear bumpers, all trim, windshield trim, emblems.

Paint and exterior
Born 978 Laguna blue now Rally Red paint sprayed Laquer on a super straight body. Excellent gaps in lines. The convertible top folded down into the trunk space with the trunk deck opening reverse. Top is in great condition. The eggcrate grille replaced the previous horizontal bars. 66 Corvettes also received an emblem on the driver’s corner of the hood.
Upholstery and interior
NEW Stunning Black leather interior including bucket seats and the center consule. Completely redone gauge cluster / dash with RPM gauge. Rosewood steering wheel. New door panels new weatherstripping, new carpeting.

1966 L79 Turbo fire 327 350 HP and 360 ft lbs torque. Four barrel carburetor. 10.5:1 compression pistons hydraulic cam shaft. Factory side exhaust pipes. Ribbed aluminum with raised Corvette script valve covers. Chrome 350 HP flagged air cleaner. Factory aluminum intake manifold. Cast iron exhaust manifolds. Stock distributor with vacuum advance. Beautiful chrome heat shield. High performance aluminum radiator with electric fan.
