Story

Growing up, I was passively into cars but it really grew in my 20's. At 21, I bought my first motorcycle and fell in love with riding. Over the years, I had Japanese bikes, Harleys and Triumphs to get a variety of experiences. In my mid-20's, I bought an 70's Kawasaki KZ650 in non-running shape and with a little bit of work, it was my summer bike. That experience built my confidence in not just buying new, perfectly running bikes and bringing in some style into my garage. Shortly after, I bought a barn-find 1976 Triumph T140 chopper and started tearing it apart, replacing what's needed, cleaning, etc. This experience inspired me to pick up a classic muscle car, choosing a 1971 El Camino with a 454 in it as a car to throw my bikes in the back to take to shows (and have some fun off the line). I'm also part of the team for a non-profit called BUILD that pairs mentors with high school kids to build motorcycles and I do the marketing for a local moto show called Brewtown Rumble.
