Peter Brock

Hired out of design school by General Motors, Peter Brock quickly made his name as a young designer, penning the infamous lines of the Corvette Stingray. After his stint at GM, Brock partnered with Carroll Shelby to design the Cobra Daytona Coupe and presided over Shelby’s high-performance driving school. He spearheaded the development of Datsun 510 race cars with Brock Racing Enterprises and has tried his hand at designing everything from competitive hang gliders to trailers. The life-long gearhead now works with his wife as an automotive freelancer and photographer.
