<p><ul><li>The Hagerty Market Rating bounced back slightly from its 7-year low last month, <strong>growing nearly three-quarters of a point to 62.68</strong>. Last month excepted, though, <strong>this is still the lowest the rating has been since May 2012</strong>.</li><li>And even though the overall rating is up month-over-month, most of its component ratings are down. <strong>The number of cars sold at auction is up slightly, but the median sale price at auction is at its lowest since May 2016. Activity on the private market, meanwhile, is at its lowest in over five years</strong>.</li><li><strong>The number of both mainstream and high-end vehicle owners who think that values are growing continues its downward trend that has lasted over a year</strong>. Both numbers are at their lowest point since they were first included in the Hagerty Market Rating a decade ago.</li><li>With condition #3 (good) values down on average, the Hagerty Price Guide section of the rating is down as well.</li></ul></p>
