<p><ul><li>The <strong>Hagerty Market Rating continued its general upward trend seen throughout most of this year with its third consecutive increase, rising 0.15 points to 65.06</strong>.</li><li>After an increase last month, <strong>auction activity is down for November with a 1.2% drop in average sale price</strong>. This was <strong>largely offset, however, by private sales activity with a similarly small rise in the average sale price </strong> on the private market.</li><li>Owner optimism continues to be mixed. <strong>The number of mainstream vehicle owners who think that values are increasing was down for November, while the number of high-end owners expressing that belief increased</strong>. This trend was observed last month as well.</li><li>Volatility in external market forces led to a drop in the correlated instruments section of the rating, but optimism from market experts and observers is up compared to last month.</li></ul></p>
