More importantly, it is at its highest since February of 2020.</strong></li><li>On the auction market, both the number of cars sold and the median sale price are up from last month. More cars are selling on the private market as well compared to December.</li><li>One measure in the Hagerty Market Rating is the number of vehicle owners who believe that values are rising. <strong>The number of both mainstream and high-end vehicle owners expressing that belief increased for the third consecutive month.</strong></li><li><strong>Optimism from market experts is at its highest level in several years, and external market forces (like the stock market and home prices) helped push the rating up further.</strong></li><li>With the latest release of the Hagerty Price Guide, both <strong>average and median Condition #3 (good) values are down compared to the last update in September, but these decreases were very small.</strong></li></ul></p>
