This is the highest the rating has been since July 2019.</li><li><strong>At auction, both the number of cars sold and their median sale price were up over the past month</strong>. Activity on the private market is up slightly as well.</li><li>The number of mainstream vehicle owners who think that values are growing declined with every single update of the Hagerty Market Rating in 2019, but for January 2020 the number is up. The number of high-end vehicle owners expressing that belief, however, continued its gradual slide and is again at an all-time low.</li><li><strong>The expert sentiment section and the median condition #3 (good) value in the Hagerty Price Guide are both up to start the year</strong>.</li></ul></p>
