I am a Territory Manager here at Hagerty, helping to provide drivers with classic car insurance in Texas, primarily for the northern part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Growing up in Traverse City, MI, the home of Hagerty, I have been around the brand my entire life. In 2010, I moved to Dallas to work with a Telecommunications company and have a background in sales training, management and marketing. The opportunity eventually came up for me to start working for my hometown company, Hagerty, right here in my current city of McKinney. I’m extremely passionate about the classic car hobby and community -- in my home’s garage, I’ve been working on a frame-off restoration of my 1969 Chevelle that I bought in 2012. In addition to restoring my car, I also enjoy doing whole home renovations and helping friends build their own classics.
With the huge population in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, there are a lot of people that have and love cars. There’s a show or cruise-in almost every weekend of the year, so there is never a time where you can’t find some cars to go look at! With rural and farming areas to the massive cities, you have a wide variety of collectors -- anything from a Farmall tractor that has been in the family since 1930 to that brand new Dodge Challenger Hellcat, there is something for everyone’s taste!
There is never enough horsepower... Just not enough traction!"– Carroll Shelby
Hagerty’s involvement in giving back to the hobby and to the community is a big part of why I love working here. We are more than an insurance company -- we a car community!
Pebble Beach – Wow, what an incredible event to be a part of! From the Tour d’Elegance, Laguna Seca Races, the "Concours D’LeMons,” and of course the Concours d’Elegance (along with all of the auctions), it is a great weekend in Monterey!
