    First timer

    I'm Jerry, and this is my first experience with Hagerty. So far my experience has been nothing but excellent. Not sure who my agent is at the moment, but i can say that they are fast and effiecient. as soon as they receive a fax or response from me, they immediately call to let me know they received it. Also they worked on getting me the best possible coverage on my vehicle fast and prompt. So far I'm very happy with Hagerty and their staff. Hope to continue with them for a very long time.

    Towing

    Went to my very first Car Show this year in Petaluma, Ca. On the way there my alternator went out, causing my electric fan to not function. Had to pull out of the staging line because the truck was starting to overheat. Called the hotline, and toe service came right away. Thanks for the prompt service.

    Increase

    Every year my insurance goes up even though I never had a claim. If this continues I will be looking for another company

    Easy to add a car

    Picked up another car, and on the way home with it still on the trailer, stopped by the insurance broker's office. She added the new car to my Hagerty policy in minutes, and I was all insured even before the car got home. Simple!

    So impressed!

    I have been so impressed with the customer service and efficient response each time I have had to contact Hagerty. Crystal efficiently switched my insurance from one car to another and informed me of other offerings by Hagerty, including tool insurance! What a great company with great people!

    Policy Renewals

    Love the website that makes the renewal process easy. Last year I waited to long & received a expiring insurance notice from the state. I called & Hagerty got me back on track quickly with the state insurance requirement.

    Online Payment Process

    Online payment by credit card is a wonderful feature, but you should do as other online vendors do and allow your customers to schedule the date on which their payment will be charged. That allows them to schedule the payment as soon as the renewal offer is received for the date on which it is actually due.
