    Storage

    I live in Wisconsin and for at least 5+ months my Collector cars sit in storage, with full coverage. Why isn't there a Storage Policy Available instead of holding full coverage. Would probably attract clients and help out the current holders. Just Wondering?

    Yinz Rock.

    This is the first renewal I have had with Hagerty. I received my 77' MG Midget from my father a couple years ago and last year we transferred it into my name officially.     Roadside Service is Horrible

    Unfortunately I had the opportunity to avail myself of the Haggerty Roadside Assistance this past weekend. What I should say is that I got to spend a lot of time on the phone with them but ended up getting my classic bike back home when I had the good luck to be passed by a fellow British bike enthusiast who had a truck a ramp and gave me and my wife a ride home. I have a vintage Triumph Bonneville and was out riding with my wife this weekend when I blew a piston. Pulled the bike to the side of the road, watched the smoke dissipate and pulled out my Haggerty card. It took the girl on the phone about 20 minutes with intermittent holds to collect my info and determine that I needed a truck to come get my motorcycle, my wife and me. An hour after I disconnected with her a guy shows with with a wrecker and tells me that no one told him it was a motorcycle or that he needed a flatbed. I call Haggerty back get a new guy who cancels the current service and tells me he'll call me right back with info on the new service that will come out. I call back 20 mins later to get a status only to be told they are looking for a service provider in my area. I give them the name of a couple that are close (Googled them on my phone), they said they would call me back. Get a call back in 15 mins that tells me that someone will be there in about an hour! As I am on the phone with this guy, a guy in a pickup stops, says he has British bikes and of course keeps a ramp in his truck for just such occasions. Since sitting on the side of a country road for three hours in 95 degree weather was not my idea of a perfect Sunday I accepted his offer and told the folks from Haggerty I had handled it myself. If they handle insurance claims like they handle the roadside assistance I hope I am never in a position where I have to make a claim. Upgrading my AAA membership to include my motorcycle as soon as I'm done with this review.

    hat's off to hagerty!!

    they came thru for me,when a bear attacked my 71 maverick. it did about $1200.00 damage and hagerty came thru..I don't think you will find any better pricing any where either .Thanks Again. Bob O.
