    you suck

    After 15 years of multiple cars being insured (sometimes 3 at a time) I finally had a claim for a partial or full paint job on a car that was damaged . Your conclusion was (after 4 years and several trophies) that it was the fault of the paint or the painter. That was a crock of crap because in reality, the hood and fenders were painted by different shops. I would never recommend you to a friend or car club member because you are cheats.

    Challenges with pricing/Convenient

    7/16/14 I spoke to Eric who was very efficient and had my informtion at his finger tips. Being seniors also brings challenges with pricing. Please therefore consider our situation before increaes are considered. Thank you. BRM

    Unhappy about not wanting to cover my 1971 jeep cj5 I'm rebuilding. Was going to use it for hunting but I started restoring it and will be to nice to take off road.

    Never placed on hold

    Every time I call Hagerty, someone immediately comes on the line and assists me. And......if it is a problem, they make it go away. What a pleasure.

    1977 ford f100 ranger

    I have been a policy holder for over a year now. I had a 15 year old driver hit my truck last march and have an open claim now. the service has been great. it could not have been any better , thanks for your support. the get well card addressed to the truck was something I have never seen before. thanks is all I can say. after the wreck my car club had me talk about the wreck and how I thought hagerty was the best thing., and if you don't have classic car ins. you might better consider it . there were a few that said they need to get it. thanks again !!!!!!!

    Frustrating process

    I have had insurance with Hagerty previously on multiple vehicles. The Application and signup process is exhausting. First they want paid up front(for the year) when you apply, then they wan't all kinds of pictures of the car and pictures of the car in the garage etc. which I am fine with. The issue I have is that I purchased my vehicle a week ago and am waiting for Hagerty to approve my insurance so I can drive it home. So far I have waited 6 days and they have yet to approve it. I explained to their rep that I could get them the pictures in the garage as soon as it was insured and I could get it home but that was last Thursday and I haven't heard from them since. If my money wasn't already tied up I would go through American collectors or Grundy as they are both almost half the cost but they all have the same exhausting process. Until I am insured I'm stuck paying a $30 a day storage fee at the body shop. If you've got the time to apply and are in no hurry they can be decent but so far I have about 4 hours into the application process (application, photos, phone calls asking for more info)
