WOW Love the 63 Vette. Great to see & hear it.
Chuck Thornton Graham North Carolina
The first episode was great. I hope that you will continue to feature cars in these segments. I am a Corvette enthusiast and I thought that it was great to see the interior and working gauges in the ride along. Its the next best thing to being there. I would love to see an episode just like this one with a car that I am not familiar with...And what wonderful thing to have those kids drive those cars! that is something they will never forget! What a wonderful experience for them.....GREAT JOB!!!!!

I felt that it was a good episode even though I don't care for Corvettes. I'm a Thunderbird man even thou my '57 was eaten some Vette dust. Keep up the good work promoting the classic cars. I know what fun it to teach a teenager to drive a stick as that was what my 16 year old daug. had to drive to school.

Enjoyed the newsletter very much! What is the story behind the 61 International Travelette in the garage video on cooling???? I bought a new 61 C1000 pickup the same color in Denver, Colo. I also took a 1957 IH 3 door Travelette to the IH Sout and Light truck Nationals in Springfield, Ohio, in 2005. Thank you, Dan Agee Southwest Missouri Binders Nevada, Mo (Editor's note: Stay tuned to HCCTV for a ride-along featuring this car!)

IT IS ABOUT TIME YOU STARTED PAYING ATTENTION THE CLASSIC FOREIGN CARS, OF WHICH I AM THE OWNER OF TWO, A 1969 280SL AND A 1961 MERCEDES BENZ 300d .THESE CARS ARE CLASSICS IN THEIR OWN RIGHT. GRANTED, THEY ARE NOT "MUSCLE CARS"B, BUT ARE RAPIDLY APPRECIATING CARS OF INCOMPARABLE STYLING, AND ENGINEERING OF THEIR TIME .

So who was the Dixieland Band playing in the background? (Editor's note: The song playing during the Pebble Beach Tour was "Pops" by Yanis S. Sousa.)
David Queen Creek, Arizona
Awsome, the view of all the cars, took me on a vacation ride!

I'm right along with you Marc, rebuilding 4 Elkys. Became intresting by chance, now it's a big thing around my part of town: Queen Creek, Az. Get new ideas from El camino Central forum. Will be waiting for El camino pics.

Nice job on the packages! Easy with the focus on the 5d mk2...easier if you stop down a little but still looks nice. Fun stuff, keep it up!!!

As I sit behind my computer, bussy at work.....and I then see the Hagerty Email come in....I immediately get somewhat relaxed....pour another "cup of Joe", and sit back, click on the Hagerty TV Icon and enjoy watching the brief but very interesting clip....it brings me back to what I love....and hey, the new host, she aint that bad to look at. Love the TV segments, and thanks.

The 365 GT 2+2 Ferrari segment (marked Jan. 13, 2012) mentioned that the car's color was Enzo Ferrari's favorite color. What was the company name for this color? Enjoy watching these short films very much Thank you.

Would love to hear about some motorcycles!

Great! How about more orphan cars? Muntz Jet, Studebaker, Sunbeam alpine sports....Many of us have driven in mainstream cars....How about cars few have heard about...Broaden folks horizons.

Hagerty does a really nice job of providing interesting & informative items to share with the old-car community.

Just looked at detailing tips. The most important is the finish of paint. He used a clay bar--next he used a buffer-Next he had something in his hand and was wiping down the car- He said nothing during all this--Question 1-Did you buff over the clay bar? or what? What did you apply polish, wax- ? Speak up and explain everything--I have won Best Paint- no buffer -All by hand on 1989 Dupont Black Imron paint--Always looking to improve. Semper Fi Ford

Very much enjoyed the piece on the Avanti but I endorse the comment above - it would be nice to see some European cars, preferably some of the lesser know marques.
Gary Crabtree Yerington,NV
It is great to see you have a store about the Studebaker Avanti and the Packard was also covered in this video.

I got to see this delightful car show, in Amelia Island, for the first time this year. It was nice to see your video and get to enjoy a brief re-visit! Thank you.
Emir get a auto mechanic too look over the car obefre you buy it..it will cost you but save you a lot of repair bills later low mileage cars that were not driven by younger drivers are a good buy ..but you don't want an old mans car either they will nickle and dime you to death

It would have been much more valuable and fun to me if I could have heard the sounds of the engine and car instead of all the overpowering music.
Martin Glendale, CA
I agree with Steve. I can hear music on my Ipod. I want to hear these engines when you are driving them.

I enjoy the HCCTV clips of the different cars, however I would appreciate you checking the facts that you give us. The 1967-1968 fastback Shelby Mustangs did not have a roll cage. They had a roll bar that did not contribute much to joining the front and back frames together and the rigidity of the car.
Ken Flynn Apopka, Florida
Love your TV program on the Shelby Mustangs. I hope to own one someday.

I was very disappointed at your presentation of the 901 (1964/5) Porsche. 6 cylinder cars comprised only a third of the 1965-1969 911 cars. Contrary to the authors belief it is difficult to find parts and skilled technicians to fix these cars. Until adjustable front suspension became available, making the car track and go straight down the road was impossible. As for the narrow wheels, the tire technology made narrow tires. Porsche rims were wider than almost all the other common sports cars. It is my opinion that people will pay more attention to your programs it they are correct.

Can you tell me anything about the gold Avanti that I saw parked in the Metropolitan clip. (Editor's note: It's a 1963 Avanti owned by the California Driving Museum. Check out a ridealong video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRLDn7_ZCQw)
